Smashing Pumpkins Previews New Album

Smashing Pumpkins is giving fans another preview of their new album “Cyr.” Since it’s a double album, they’ve released a pair of tracks, “Confessions of a Dopamine Addict” and “Wrath.”

“Cyr is dystopic folly,” Billy Corgan says about the album. “One soul against the world sort of stuff,” he continued, “set against a backdrop of shifting loyalties and sped up time. To me it stands as both hopeful and dismissive of what is and isn’t possible with faith.”

Fans can pre-order “Cyr” before it drops on November 27th.
