Man Named Happy Throws Bobcat After It Attacks Wife In Wild Video

It wasn’t exactly just another morning for a couple in North Carolina as a wild bobcat apparently attacked a woman, then flew across their yard as her husband snatched it up and threw it. The event was captured on video by their home security system, and by Friday that video had more than 6.3-million views.

The last thing you’d expect, right? In the video, the man is talking with his neighbor and saying he needed a car wash. At that point, his wife screams “Oh my God! Run, Happy, run!” The man didn’t run, though; instead, he snatched the cat off his wife, held it up for a second, and then threw it across his yard, where it landed and made a beeline back toward the couple. At that point, the video ends.

Authorities say the animal died and tested positive for rabies – the couple is fine after receiving medical treatment.
