Chester Bennington’s First Band Shares New Single, Plots Album Listening Party

Chester Bennington’s first band Grey Daze is continuing to share songs featuring vocals by the late Linkin Park singer. They’ve given fans another preview of their upcoming album “Amends” with the new single “Sometimes.” The new song comes along with a music video that “showcases the Chester Bennington-written song’s message of hope amidst unexpected times.”

“Chester was already a masterful lyricist at the age of 18, when he wrote this song (which was initially recorded when he was 21),” Grey Daze co-founder Sean Dowdell explains. “As so many of Chester’s lyrics do, this message in this song, that bad things happen and there things will get better, resonates in an entirely different way with the current crisis we are all living through, and brings a message of hope.”

Here’s some exciting news for fans looking forward to the release of “Amends” on June 26th. Grey Daze is planning a global listening party streaming on Facebook, Twitch, Twitter and YouTube on April 10th. Get more info on when and where to tune in HERE
